| How much does postage cost ? |
| Postage starts at £1.35 and is calculated by the weight of the products you order. |

| When will my order be dispatched? |
| All orders are dispatched on the same day of purchase Mon - Fri. Royal Mail orders are dispatched up to 2pm and courier orders dispatch up to 2.30pm. |

| Is the product I want in stock? |
| We endeavour to stock all of our items at all times. If it's really urgent, you could contact our sales team on 0161 231 1238 who will be happy to help. |

| What type of paper or card is the best for my job? |
|
|
|
|
| What does GSM mean? |
| GSM is short for grams per square metre. GSM is the weight of the card: the higher the GSM the thicker the card. |

| What does Micron mean? |
| Micron is the thickness in Millimetres (mm). 1000 micron is equal to 1mm thick. |

| What can I use for backing board? |
| Our Greyboard is the perfect inexpensive item to use for backing anything. |

| I don't live in mainland Britain. How much is postage to non mainland British isles? |
| The same price as it would be to mainland UK destinations |

| Can I print on gloss paper / card with ink jet printers? |
| Unless it's photo paper, gloss is only for use with laser and digital printers. |

| How can I track my order? |
| If booked for delivery by courier, simply check your email account for an email from the courier with all the details you need. |

| What time will my delivery arrive? |
| If booked for delivery by courier, the courier will send an email on delivery day with a 1 hour window time slot. |

| I don't live in the UK. Can you still dispatch my order? |
| We ship within Europe excepting Norway and Switzerland. |

| What are my options for delivery outside of the UK and what are the postage charges? |
For orders sent by courier, the standard charge is £15.58. Please be aware that this charge covers parcels up to 35kg.
