Refunds
Refunds are processed once stock arrives back with us. A 25% restocking fee applies to the original cost of the item.
Condition of Returns
Please ensure items are well‑wrapped to avoid damage. We cannot refund damaged card or paper stock.
Colour & Samples
If you are unsure about colour, please use our Free Sample Service before ordering. We provide A4 samples so you can test print before purchase.
